The TurboLyft main rotor shaft Bluebox has been specifically developed to protect main rotor shaft assemblies used on the Airbus Helicopters AS350, AS355, H125 and H130 platforms. Designed for helicopter operators, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) organisations and overhaul facilities, the Bluebox provides a durable and reusable solution for transporting and storing one of the helicopter's most critical dynamic components.

Manufactured from lightweight, high-impact polyethylene, the case securely houses the main rotor shaft during transportation and storage. When used with the OEM protective cap or flat plastic cover, the Bluebox minimises handling risks while ensuring reliable protection throughout worldwide logistics operations.

Its rugged one-piece construction incorporates watertight and dustproof sealing, reinforced corners, recessed hardware and positive anti-shear locking mechanisms to withstand demanding operational environments. Unlike traditional wooden shipping crates, the Bluebox eliminates concerns associated with heat-treated timber regulations, simplifying international transportation while providing long-term durability.
