Complete tooling for MGB input seal maintenance
The TurboLyft MGB input seal tool kit has been developed to simplify the removal and installation of main gearbox input seals. The complete kit combines all required specialist tools in one organised solution, helping maintenance teams perform seal replacement efficiently while keeping dedicated tooling protected and readily available.
Each tool is securely positioned in high-density protective foam inside a rugged Pelican hard case. This organised layout makes every component easy to identify, improves tool accountability and protects the equipment during transport, storage and daily maintenance operations.
Designed for both pre- and post-modification 07-7240 configurations, the kit includes dedicated tools for seal extraction, bushing removal, retaining nut removal and installation, together with separate installation tools for both seal configurations. The tooling corresponds with Airbus Information Notice IN No. 3122-I-63.
